Conflict vs. Litigation

Most of people use these two word as synonyms , but nevertheless it exists some diferences that distinguish them.For one side, a Conflict is a manifestation of opposite interests between two o more people; which takes the form of a dispute,because it can't materialize both interests at the same time.

The conflicts can be solutioned between the parts; without the need of a third that intercedes in the solution.

By other side, Litigation is a dispute or a confrontation between two or more people by the divergence of interests that exist between there opinions; the diference is that the Litigation is one of the most elevated forms of conflict, in which a Competent Jurisdictional Authority intervenes, also knowned as a "Judge".

In the Litigations; normally it will be the Judge who decides through a definitive sentence the resolution of the dispute.
