The Procedural Law

The procedural law; is the one that governs the rules of each one of the matters in which you can find in the Branch of the Law, Each one of the branches of the law regulates the procedures through the ones that can reclaim before the jurisdictional organs pretensions based in the law matter as Civil, Penal,Merchant,Laboral,as it regulates the functioning and organization of the justice courts , or shows his attributions and competence , or determines the rules of procedure that are used.

Taking at count that the procedural law just applies in the territory where it's dictated.

The validity of the procedural acts made in the foreign, are determined by the law of the place in which it's verified, but if they want to produce effect on our territory,its governed by the national law.
